// Standards & Process

The Record in Process.

Estravo Compendium operates under a defined editorial framework. Every article passes through a structured sequence — from source identification to second-editor review — before publication. This page documents that sequence in full.

01 — Foundation

Editorial Principles

Estravo Compendium operates under the following editorial principles: articles are reviewed by at least one second editor before publication, sources are cited where appropriate, corrections are noted publicly, and writers disclose any commercial relationships that could influence their selection of subject matter.

The publication applies a structured fact-checking protocol to all quantitative claims. Numerical data drawn from published nutritional research is cross-referenced against at least two independent sources. Where a single primary source is cited, this is noted explicitly within the article body.

Estravo Compendium is an independent editorial publication focused on everyday wellness practices. The publication is not affiliated with any commercial, governmental, or institutional body.

02 — Process

From Source to Publication

01

Topic Identification

Article topics are drawn from the editorial calendar, informed by reader inquiries, and filtered against the published nutritional research landscape. Topics are evaluated for originality — the publication avoids re-covering ground that existing sources have already addressed with precision. Each proposed topic is assigned a preliminary source list before writing begins.

02

Source Verification

All primary references are verified for publication date, authorship, and institutional affiliation. Preprint sources are marked as such and not regarded as peer-reviewed findings. Where an article references ingredient concentration data, the cited source must be either a manufacturer certificate of composition or a published nutritional analysis from an independent laboratory.

03

Draft & Structural Review

The assigned writer submits a complete draft including all in-text citations. The primary editor reviews structure, factual accuracy, and vocabulary compliance. Articles containing any claim that would require a qualified wellness professional to validate are flagged and revised before proceeding. The structural review stage typically spans two to four working days.

04

Second-Editor Pass

A second editor, independent of the article's primary writer, reviews the revised draft for reading clarity, logical consistency, and vocabulary compliance. This pass focuses specifically on claims that reference ingredient roles, daily intake contexts, or batch verification data. The second editor may request an additional revision round before signing off.

05

Publication & Archiving

Approved articles are published with a dateline and author attribution. The version-controlled draft is archived internally with source documentation attached. Any subsequent corrections are applied to the live article with a dated correction note appended at the bottom of the piece.

03 — Ingredient Sourcing

Supplier & Ingredient Documentation

Active ingredients referenced in Estravo Compendium articles are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.

When an article references a specific ingredient — whether a mineral complex, adaptogen extract, or whole-food concentrate — the editorial team verifies that the ingredient description aligns with the certificate data on file. Discrepancies between supplier claims and certificate data are flagged and the ingredient reference is either revised or removed.

The publication does not accept ingredient claims based solely on supplier marketing materials. Independent batch verification data or published nutritional analyses are required as supporting documentation for any quantitative ingredient reference.

04 — Content Scope

What This Publication Covers

Articles published on Estravo Compendium are editorial in nature and reflect the writers' observations on everyday wellness practices. The content is not intended as professional advice, nor as guidance for the management of any specific condition. Readers with specific concerns about their daily routines are encouraged to speak with a qualified wellness professional.

The publication covers the following subject areas: men's supplement guide overviews and ingredient breakdowns, daily nutrition structure and balanced eating habits, active lifestyle support and outdoor fitness documentation, morning routine frameworks and stress management approaches, grooming essentials and personal care analysis, and performance nutrition with a focus on whole-food sourced ingredients.

The publication does not cover individual assessment, personal routine structured guidance, or condition-specific dietary guidance. Articles that approach these boundaries are revised during the second-editor pass to ensure they remain within the publication's defined editorial scope.

We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any new habit or routine to your daily life, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.

05 — Accountability

Corrections & Updates

Factual Corrections

Identified factual errors are corrected at the source and noted with a timestamped correction notice at the bottom of the affected article. The original error is not deleted — the correction is appended with full transparency.

Content Updates

Articles referencing ingredient data or published research findings are reviewed on an annual basis and updated where newer documentation supersedes the original source. The article dateline reflects the most recent substantive update.

Reader Submissions

Readers may submit correction requests via the contact form. All submissions are reviewed within five business days. Supporting documentation — such as a published source contradicting a specific claim — strengthens the review process and is welcomed.
